Victor Norman – Managing Partner, Tax & Corporate Law

Victor Norman is a highly respected attorney and managing partner with more than 25 years of experience in tax, corporate, and transactional law. Known for his strategic mindset and business-oriented legal insight, he has advised on some of the most complex mergers and restructurings across the Nordic region.

With a dual background in law and finance, Victor serves as a key advisor to corporations, family offices, and international investors. He is particularly recognized for his expertise in tax optimization, cross-border structuring, and corporate governance.

Victor holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Bergen and a Master’s degree in Finance and International Economics from the Copenhagen Business School. He is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and previously worked with the Norwegian Tax Administration.
